Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

(California Privacy Choices — CPRA)
Effective date: September 30, 2025
Contact: digital.momyart@gmail.com

This page helps California residents exercise their right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We do not sell personal information for money, but some advertising/affiliate tools (e.g., ad cookies) can be considered “selling” or “sharing” under CPRA.

How to Opt Out (Fastest)

  1. Click Cookie Settings in the footer.

  2. Turn OFF the Advertising/Affiliates category.

  3. Save your preferences. We’ll remember your choice for 12 months.

You may still see ads, but they should be non-personalized.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor supported GPC signals. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a CPRA opt-out for this device/browser.

What This Covers

The opt-out applies to personal information used for cross-context behavioral advertising (e.g., identifiers, online activity, cookie/ID data) with ad/affiliate partners that help deliver or measure ads across sites.

Other Ways to Exercise Your Rights

  • Email: Send a request to digital.momyart@gmail.com with subject “CPRA Request” and tell us you want to opt out of sale/sharing. We’ll verify and respond within the time required by law.

  • Manage on your devices: You can also adjust browser settings, use Google Ad Settings, and industry opt-outs (YourAdChoices/NAI).

Minors & Sensitive Information

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children under 16. We do not use “sensitive personal information” in ways that require a separate “Limit the Use” link. If this changes, we’ll update this page.

Region Notes

  • California: This page implements CPRA choices.

  • EEA/UK: We request consent before setting non-essential cookies or personalized ads via the cookie banner.

Updates

We may update this page as laws and technologies evolve. Changes will appear here with a new effective date.
