This page explains how you may use the free graphics from Digital Momy (clipart PNG, seamless 12×12″ patterns, and printable coloring pages).

Summary: You can use our files for personal, non-commercial projects. Commercial use is not permitted. If you need a commercial license, email digital.momyart@gmail.com.

1) The License You Receive

When you download a file from this Site, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for personal, non-commercial projects only.

The license is for one individual (or one household).
Files remain the intellectual property of Digital Momy.
We may revoke the license if these terms are breached.

2) What “Personal, Non-Commercial” Means

Use that does not produce income, promote a business/organization, or provide any commercial advantage. Examples:

Crafts for yourself or your household
Gifts for friends/family (not sold)
Home décor, planners, scrapbooks
School projects for your own child

If money, ads, affiliate revenue, client work, brand promotion, fundraising, or marketplace uploads are involved, it’s commercial and not allowed under this license.

3) What You May Do

Print unlimited copies for your own home (and see “Teachers” below).
Edit for personal use: resize, recolor, combine, add text.
Use in personal social posts (non-monetized) to show your finished craft—do not upload our raw files.
Use in personal devices: wallpapers, icons, screensavers.

Credit is not required, but appreciated (link to this site).

4) What You May Not Do

No resale or redistribution of the files (paid or free), including: share folders, re-host on drives, freebies on your blog, or group bundles.
No marketplaces or POD: Etsy, Creative Fabrica, Redbubble, Amazon, Zazzle, TeeSpring, etc.
No client/brand work (logos, packaging, branding, promotion, ads, flyers, menus, etc.).
No monetized content: don’t use files in blog posts, videos, or downloads that carry ads, affiliate links, or sponsorships.
No templates, apps, fonts, or stencils for sale (digital or physical).
No claiming as your own, removing watermarks/metadata, or using to train AI/models.
No unlawful, defamatory, or harmful uses.

5) Teachers & Classroom Use (Personal/Educational)

Allowed: print for your own classroom and send flattened PDFs to enrolled students via a private LMS/email (no public posting).
Not allowed: selling worksheets, posting source files publicly, or sharing editable graphics that let others extract our art.
If you need broader digital distribution or commercial educational use, email us.

6) Social Media & Sharing

You may post photos of your finished crafts. Please do not upload our standalone PNGs/pattern tiles.
If you want to share the resource, share the link to our page, not the file.

7) Trademarks & Branding

Not permitted for logos, trademarks, or brand identities.
You may not register any of our artwork (or derivatives) as a trademark/copyright.

8) Term, Revocation & Updates

The license lasts as long as you comply with it.
We may revoke access if we find violations.
Terms may change; the latest version on this page controls.
